It was the very pursuit of my own happiness and my constant philosophy that if i could control things and plan out things in my future things would get better for me. but now i realize that it was my own anxieties that were my undoing because my care about my own personal happiness was my undoing. It is important to look at the simple pleasures in life that make you happy and surround yourself with these things. Thanks for your great article!
